Bella House Nikiti — Hotel in Municipality of Sithonia

Hotel room is clean.  Kitchen utensils are sufficient.  bed comfortable.  There are many channel options on television.  You park your car on the side of the road, next to the grass.  The hotel owner specifically asks us when we will check in and when we will check out.  This situation was good at first, but it turned bad in the end.  Check-out time was 11:00, and even though we stated that we would leave at 11:00, they constantly came to our room and were harassed. The water runs very hot in the hotel.  When you want to take a shower, it is very difficult to get the water warm.  because cold water flows very, very little.  We should go to the sea and take a shower to get rid of the salt, but we had a hard time here.  The air conditioner was working very noisy, we had difficulty sleeping at night.   The hotel owner persistently warned against putting tap water in the kettle and coffee machine.  We don't think he said it in a very polite manner.  Anyway, we do not put tap water on such devices. There is a construction site near the hotel, they start working at 07.00 in the morning.  There is a lot of noise.  The hotel has a lot of outside noise.  We thought it might be close to the center of Nikiti.  but the hotel is in a deserted place, outside the centre.  Going to the center on foot can be scary.  It was very rude for the hotel owners to try to kick us out of the room.  As someone who has stayed in hundreds of hotels, I definitely do not recommend this place.  Hotel service should be provided by people who deserve it; not everyone should...

Very nice owners. Carolina was very communicative and gave us an entire list with places we should visit and where we can eat in all Halkidiki, not only in Nikiti.

The placement of the house is very close to everything you need in Nikiti. If you want to go to the port, centre or a supermarket, you don't really need a car, but if you want to use it, you only have to drive for like 4-7 minutes. Also, you never have to worry about your parking spot. You have plenty of space in front of the house.

We got the smallest room because it was the only one available, but all I can say is that everything was perfect. We have everything you may need and it was very clean. The bed is comfortable and the AC worked just fine.

It was my first time to visit Greece and it was a bless having a great experience on Nikiti beach at Bella house. The accommodation is a cozy ,clean and modern place. It is like 300m away from the beach,with acces to Greek Taverns with amazing foods. The host is more like a enciclopedie of the place, she knows everything and she is very helpful 24/7. I already planning my next holiday with my family here. Why?-because the prices are decent,the house is well organized,has all that you need for a great holiday,the garden is so relaxing, prepared with everything you need for a BBQ or a brunch,and the weather is amazing,especially in September.
