Nissia Traditional Residences, Spetses — Hotel in Municipality of Spetses

Still 3 nights to go but happy to write a review now about this wonderful place that we have been visiting for years now. Centrally located (5mins walk from the town / port), a stunning terrace for a wonderful breakfast served by the charismatic Dimitri, an amazing pool and a nice mixture of self catering accommodation. We stayed in one of the six maisonettes - my wife and I plus our 18yr old son and his mate plus friends stayed with us for 3 nights - the maisonette sleeps six comfortably and it’s well equipped. |My only negative which I have flagged before is that at 5pm the terrace and servicing is handed over to a third party (for a separate restaurant on the terrace) it’s a real shame that this is not all under one ownership on my opinion (the staff that run the evening restaurant are nowhere near as friendly as those who run the hotel).|But this will most definitely not stop us from returning again to this wonderful spot (we think this is our 8th visit). We stayed in this marvelous hotel, which is perfectly located near Dapia. It consists of separate residencies, that are spacious and very clean. The staff is extremely polite and helpful. We especially thank Mr. Dimitris at the amazing sea front breakfast area, who made our mornings feel like we were guests of a welcoming friend.
