Blanca Luxury Villa — Hotel in Municipality of Thira

The villa was just perfect, so glad we chose to stay here during our holiday to Santorini! There so much room, it's clean and everything about it was just perfect. They picked us up from the airport and then dropped us at the ferry port when we left which was super handy (we needed to drop our quad bike off the day we were leaving which was by the hotel so they said meet us at our hotel and we'll drop you at the villa to grab your luggage and then take you to the ferry port) which was really kind of them and saved us so much time!

It’s in a quiet and peaceful location in Megalochori, we loved it here and would come back to this location as it was a really sweet, radiational Greek village with some lovely restaurants but was also only a 15 minute journey to Fira (we hired a quad bike which I'd definitely recommend as it was a great way to see the island and really easy to park). They also very kindly organised for us to go on a boat trip.

The villa owner was great, greeted us at the airport and on arrival we had a huge fruit basket and wine as complementary. The villa is excellent for up to 5 people. Very clean, with a cleaner every day visiting the villa. The villa owner was on call ready to help 24/7.

This isn't suitable however, for group gatherings where loud music is involved. We had family members joining us one night for a pre wedding party before we went to Oia and we played some music in the evening but were greeted with a very unhappy villa owner. That was really disappointing but i guess there are neighbours close by so parties won't be suitable here. I think that the villa owner could have handled the noise complaints in a better way as we didnt think it was a problem at the time, but i won't discredit everything else he did that was great. Thats why i have still given 5 stars as i think the villa is one that you should not miss out on if its available.

We visited Santorini for our honeymoon and were amazed how helpful, courteous and amiable Stelios and his family is. We were presented a fruit basket upon arrival (huge, we made a fruit salad on one day, still weren‘t able to finish the entire basket though), the villa is equipped with modern, high quality tools and everything works just perfectly. We think that providing us with a mobile phone, the possibility of daily housekeeping and various other 5* amenities like slippers, shower gel, conditioner etc enhanced our stay a lot.
