Four Seasons Mansion — Hotel in Municipality of Thira

We were a party of 4 ladies on a girls trip. We choose this place because of the 4 bedrooms and 2 baths. First let me talk about the good. It was quiet, centrally located, very safe, clean, great patio area, and it had all the basic essentials you need. Let's talk about the ok. The host was very nice, she would clean if you asked, but indicated only after 2 or 3 days you get fresh towels (gotta reuse). The parking was ok, no complaints. Now the ugly. The stairway to reach the house is a serious climb, if you have luggage I'm sorry. We had to ask for help leaving. You will NOT be able to carry them up or down yourself. Its 3 set of stairs. The jacuzzi on the picture is NOT heated it's just a sitting pool, but at about noon on a hot day it's a nice relaxing dip. I believe that's how most houses are in Greece anyway. The hot water is heated by the sun so early showers are freezing. If you want a hot shower wait until noon. And, the stove top only has 2 small burners so if you like cooking plan your meals accordingly. The beds are very firm which I personally am not use to, but some like that. And the 4th bedroom is a cave. It's really room for a small child and no one was able to stand up straight once inside. The bathroom is one large room.. one full shower.. 2 toilets. 3 sinks.. hard to explain. So this is a 3 adult bedroom kids nook airbnb. Hummm, would I recommend? Absolute horrible experience. Advertising on Expedia states that it offers accessibility which is total false. Upon arrival they bring down thru the back which is a total mission in itself. My mom has issues walking n therefore could not walk that many flight of stair due to her condition. The area is filthy… garbage n graffiti everywhere. What I got online is not what I ordered n I am highly disappointed. The owner refused to take ownership due to the false advertisement. Lucky we ended up meeting a young lady who was willing to take her time to help us out. Upon doing so, one of the host of the property cussed her out n complained that she shouldn’t b helping us, even this she herself was unwilling to provide any options of proper customer care for us. The women who helped us who actually works at a different hotel is God sent!!!!!! BUT SHAME ON EXPEDIA FOR ALLOW THIS!!! N shame on the owner n the way they advertise...

SCAM, BEWARE they claim to be a Four Seasons, not in ANY way remotely close to the standard of a Four Seasons. Very disappointed. Horrific location, walk from parking to room is a distance and very filthy. The views from the room is of abandoned slums. Basically, a DUMP. Terrible sewer smell in the bathrooms, two bathrooms co joined. The odor from the sewer flowed throughout the entire floor. It was a nightmare stay.
