Nestled amidst the center of Santorini, our recent stay at Omiros Hotel, a delightful gem, was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were enveloped in a sense of tranquility and luxury that set the tone for an unforgettable vacation. Its prime location provides easy access to nearby attractions while still offering a serene retreat away from the hustle and bustle of Fira capital. Our accommodation, a beautifully appointed room, exuded charm and comfort. The cozy bed, adorned with crisp linens, ensured a restful night's sleep, while the private balcony provided a nice view to swimming pool. The hotel boasts an array of facilities designed to cater to every guest's needs. We particularly enjoyed lounging by the pool, where we could bask in the Mediterranean sun. The attentive staff ensured that every breakfast experience was impeccable. The hallmark of our stay was the impeccable service provided by the hotel staff and the operation manager. From the warm welcome upon arrival to the attentive assistance throughout our stay, every interaction was characterized by genuine hospitality and professionalism. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that our needs were met, enhancing our overall experience. Our stay at Omiros was truly memorable, and we wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone seeking a warm and professional retreat in Santorini. Read moreIt was average. Be aware in Greece, the star rating system is self designated by the establishment, THERE IS NO HOTEL STANDARD IN GREECE. North Americans are typically disappointed. Omiros is ok, shower area could use updating, AC worked at least, bed IS VERY firm, breakfast is acceptable but the kitchen lady was very rude (there was black mold like growth on the melon rind, when my husband pointed it out to her, she started to demonstrate how melon should be eaten! Safe Food handling training not evident). Wifi would not work away from the hotel lobby area and there was a mild sewer gas smell in the lower level. This hotel went into receivership just previous to our stay, it was under new mgt when we stayed there. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. It’s a scary single file walk at the edge of the narrow street to shops/restaurants. Nothing much beautiful to see in the neighborhood. It was a ok stay. We went through Exoticca so we will never know how much better we could’ve done on our own for the same amount of money. We were repeatedly disappointed...
Read moreI had an unforgettable stay at Hotel Omiros in Santorini! The experience was made even better thanks to the amazing staff, especially the receptionist, who was incredibly cool and loyal. He helped us with taxis, booking tours, and had excellent knowledge of what tourists enjoy and what we absolutely shouldn’t miss to make the most of our trip. His local expertise truly enhanced our stay.
The pool was fantastic, and the bar area was great, with a skilled bartender who always delivered. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, providing a perfect retreat after a day of exploring. And the breakfast? Absolutely top-notch, with a wide variety of delicious options.
Another major plus is the hotel’s central location, making it super convenient to explore the surrounding area.
Overall, I highly recommend Hotel Omiros. It’s the perfect place to stay for anyone looking to enjoy the best...
