The apartments are located a short walk from the beach and the strip with loads of shops and restaurants, it is also close to the airport meaning you don’t have to travel far and the hosts can organise a transport for you. The apartments are in Kamari which is only a short bus ride from Fira (capital) and Oia (instagram heaven) which are much busier and more expensive slots, but definitely worth a short visit. The apartments themselves are spacious with a very comfortable large bed and a lovely balcony with sea views. There is a little kitchenette area where you can prepare simple meals, there’s a kettle, toaster and a coffee machine ( Krupps Nespresso). The apartments are cleaned every day. We had full access to the lovely pool which had comfortable sun beds and loungers and there is a lovely little poolside bar with drinks and snacks for the guests. We stayed for 3 nights and were very pleased with the large and well equipped room, good air con, comfortable bed, small kitchen area (unused by us!) And a lovely pool area. Threre are just 4 appartments here and the owners, Dino and Sandy, who are very friendly and accommodating live on site. You can order breakfast if you choose to and snacks around the pool, along with drinks from their bar. The beach is 5 minutes away where you will find dozens of restaurants who give free sunbeds if you either have a meal or order drinks or snacks. The top 2 trip advisor restaurants are 5 minutes walk. There is a supermarket 5 minutes away also. We hired a car organised by Dino and delivered to the property for 40 euros for the day, which is long enough to see most things on the island. Be aware that taxis are expensive and buses are plentiful but all route to and from Fira. There is some noise from planes landing but this would be the same...

Amazing as ever, La Belle Vie has to be one of our favourite places in the world.|This was our 3rd visit and everything was as good as previous visits.|Lovely spacious clean apartment with lots of amenities, Beautiful swimming pool & sun terrace.|The key to it all though is the Lovely owners Dino & Sandy they go out of their way to ensure you have the best time. We met several people this year who are returning guests, so that says everything for the amazing Hospitality.
