Summer 2025: we returned, my wife’s birthday happened and Fai and Katarina prepared a special cake, drinks, balloons and sang! This made my wife’s 60th so very special. There are hidden gems on Santorini- this is one of them. Fai met us for late check-in, and the service was outstanding. We love this place - it makes every trip to Santorini SPECIAL!! Leila and Panogiotis are new on staff and wonderful. We are already booked for next year. This place is simply magical. We cannot imagine a stay in Santorini anywhere else!
Summer 2024:Everything! Fay and Katarina are incredible!! So friendly and helpful! They are both excellent bartenders :-) Flora helped us through some rough spots when we first landed. Speak some Greek and life is happier here, read some and it’s even better. The accommodations are outstanding. For EU standards this is a top-notch boutique hotel. We had an apartment, and we appreciated the stairs, as the exercise is good for us! We stayed for 8 nights. Don’t rent cars at the airport. Service is terrible and workers are rude. Fay or Katarina can help you get a car very quickly and affordably. Helen from the car recital place is super friendly and very helpful with tips. Pay cash for the rental, and get the full coverage insurance. Daily breakfast is free and worthwhile!! We loved this place, and plan to return every year if we can. We would never book anywhere else. This property is located in a perfect spot and it’s just so nice and tranquil at night. We brought our 20 year old daughter and her best friend. They had a blast! Check out the Greek Nights (Dimitri’s Tavern 5 min walk from this location) - the buffet is average, but the dancing and music is outstanding. If you are going to Santorini - go here!!

Read moreIt’s so sad and heart wrenching that plans to enjoy a beautiful holiday was destroyed. EasyJet cancelled all flights across UK literally as we board the plane. To contact the hotel and explain to them this tradegy for them to offer no solution with a firm no refund of our full amount even whilst being told by the booking agent that this was a decision solely from the hotel. We received a disrespectful and rude email notifying us we will receive 1.55 pounds from a holiday that cost 600 pounds. Even whilst explaining I am heavily pregnant and this situation has been very stressful the hotel would not even offer a voucher within a set timeframe to show their compassion. I can not comphrend how a business owner who suppose to value customers can treat people who wanted to invest and enjoy their hotel experience. In circumstances out of our control, surely there will be some negotiation or work around offer. This shows me the ethics of the hotel and the fact they care more about trying to steal money legally from customers than the customer satisfaction and longevity of the hotel. I would not wish this on my worse enemy. Please do not book them. They don’t answer their phone, they grudgingly respond to emails.
