Elysium Boutique Apartments — Hotel in Municipality of Zografos

Pros:New apartments. Central location. |Cons: I called 20 minutes before arrival as I was told. 30 minutes after I was waiting at the entrance and nobody was there. I called and the staff told me that he has stopped for a take away coffee and he is on the way! The building needs better cleaning! Spiders on the stairway! We got in and the staff did not respect the cleaning. I took my shoes off and he continued to walk around with his shoes to show the apartment... the room did not have any heating elements on to warm because they are waiting the gas to be connected! Air condition for heating. The toilet is freezing cold! After 10 minutes we noticed that there is not toilet paper! We called and he told us that he is coming back. After 20 minutes he gave us toilet paper from another room!!! The next morning at 11:55 somebody knocked the door to remind us that check out is at 12!!! Conclusion: amateurs... if there is not proper heating because the apartments are new, you have to charge them cheaper! I paid 85/night to have all the basic things that I need! Heat! Toilet...

This place is the worst thing I ever had in my life. Booking is also responsible for this and it's so disappointing... I was trusting booking but they seem to be very unprofessional. We stayed at this terrible place and try to be positive but then what came up was that we were locked outside the apartment at 3:00 am with all our staff inside an without battery on our mobile phones. One person was contacting and trying to help, named Aggelos, and called someone to come and try to open the door.. it was impossible to enter in the apartment so he broke the door!! I called the police to take place. Unbelievable... please don't you make the same mistake with us!! Stay away from this...

We booked a non ground floor flat but we did exactly a ground floor flat , despite we have complained , the agent in Athens did not want to change. |The light in the bathroom so bad that we need to use out phones lights to be able to use the bathroom. When we used the shower the water spreads in the hole bathroom due to a poor fitted curtain. |After 30 min of using the air condition in the living room , the water from it goes inside the room directly on the floor. |The cleaning of the flat poor, we found cockroach on the floor, the mattress out of the standard condition. Overall a very poor experience, not recommended. We booked via Agoda which showed no interest to...
