Olivista, Parga — Hotel in Parga Municipality

Our group had a nonrefundable Booking.com reservation for three rooms, from 25.06 until 29.06 at this "hotel". We arrived here at 18.30 local time, after more than 1200 km and more than 12 hours road trip, with three children, but the conditions find here just shocked us. When we first arrived at the villa we remarked that no other room is occupied, the last floor is under constructions and the same building was shared by two hotels, Olivista and Dandolo's. After we took over the keys, in first room we find the fridge that was dirty, digusting (see the photo atached) full with filth and find urine in the toilete, and we understand that the room was not cleaned at all. Also it was a persistent mold and moister smell. The kitchinette was also dirty, uncleaned and rusty. When we entered the other rooms we also saw rusty kitchinette, very old furniture, rusty chairs and were dirty bathrooms (see the photos attached). The photos shown by the hotel didn't corespond to reality, are photoshoped. I really don't think that this hotel should stay on Booking.com, Tripadvisor, any other site of reservations or even been allowed by greek authorities to have guests. We speak with the owners, show them the problems and demand a refundable cancelation, but they say that we have discuss with booking.com about the cancellation, because is booking.com problem. In the next days in Parga, after we discuss with different restaurant staff about our problem with Olivista, I find out that they are rennowed in town about bad...

Ειλικρινά απορώ με μερικούς που ισχυρίζονται πως τα δωμάτια του συγκεκριμένου καταλύματος είναι βρώμικα, μικρά και πως δεν ανταποκρίνονται στη πραγματικότητα... Είναι η 3η φορά που επισκεπτόμαστε το Olivista και έχουμε μείνει και τις 3 χρονιές πολύ ευχαριστημένοι. Η Αλεξάνδρα και ο Γιώργος είναι δυο εξαιρετικά παιδιά, ευγενικά που κάνουν τα πάντα για να ικανοποιήσουν οποιονδήποτε επισκεφτεί το κατάλυμα τους. Η φιλοξενία τους, από τις λίγες στη περιοχή... Για ακόμη μια φορά, ευχαριστούμε για όλα! Εις το επανιδείν παιδιά και καλο υπόλοιπο...

Πρόκειται για ήσυχο κατάλυμα λόγω τοποθεσίας .. καθαρό και ευρύχωρο δωμάτιο . Λοιπόν για ανθρώπους που θέλουν να ξεκουραστούν στον ύπνο τους δεν θα τα καταφερουν.. (ακατάλληλο στρώμα) σε συνδυασμό με την απόσταση 0,900 μέτρα gps και καρφί ανηφόρα θα περάσετε τέλεια.... και γιατί τα αναφέρω αυτά εφόσον ηταν καθαρό το δωμάτιο?? Γιατι τα 100€ με 130€ την βραδιά χωρίς πρωϊνό δεν δικαιολουγουνται αλλα εφόσον είναι ολα ακριβα, εμείς θα κάνουμε πίσω... Γενικά δεν ειναι άξιο της τιμής...(προσωπική και μόνο αποψη...
