9 Beaufort Seaside Taverna Paros — Restaurant in Paros Municipality

I really enjoyed this place,I came primarily because I saw the live music sign so I figured we'd come for drinks & music but we ended up ordering a little food, now I only gave it a 4 on food because we only had 3 items which were apps so hitting 5 would be premature considering we didn't order any mains, the apps were really good though, now to address a review about the calamari yes they were good, could they be better absolutely, I think they need to be better battered maybe need more on it and to be honest they really do need tzatziki for dipping, maybe that's just me and how we're used to it being served at home, we have found restaurants serving like that in Greece so not uncommon, but without something I think is a mistake. Service was excellent 6⭐️no doubt about that nothing more anyone could ask of this place or from the gentleman that served us. We had an extraordinary dinner experience last night at 9 Beaufort. Besides an amazing view and the lovely unique designed interior we were welcomed warm and kindly by the owners and their staff. Great vibes, decent live music which was perfectly We started off with numerous appetizers to share; their signature salad with caramelized walnuts and a delicious creamy goat cheese, marinated anchovies, grilled sardines, octopus with fava and a breathtaking taramosalata (out of this world!!!) the creamy texture, the perfect balanced saltiness a delightful fish aroma and the freshness was unbeatable!! Our main course was the catch of day, a grilled sea bream (approx 1,5 kg), grilled vegetables and most delicious and crunchy French fries I’ve ever tasted! So delicious!!! Excellent place we ate here two nights in a row. Great atmosphere and beautiful setting with live music both nights. Everyone was super friendly and the owner George checked on our table and talked with us we had a nice time because he was so friendly and warm. I highly recommend this restaurant for a great all round experience. They don't rush you they are good at customer service and friendly. The food was excellent both nights I had the grilled shrimps with grilled vegetables greek salad and aubergine dip all delicious. The second night we at red mullet half kilo fish with greek salad roasted beets and skordalia it was all delicious. We had the rose and white house wines which were fantastic and great value. All around great value for money too. I will definitely revisit this restaurant and remember the good times I had here with my friend.
