Lobelia Luxury Suites — Hotel in Thassos Municipality

Please let me share with you my experience along with my family at Lobelia. In my opinion it is a over rated place. I booked an apartment for 6 nights. I received a confirmation and mentioning that at a specified date some money will be held by them. The day passed and no money were taken. I called and asked if the reservation is still available. A person from the hotel garanteed that there is no problem. We have arrived and the place looks very nice but for 230 euro per night without breakfast is quite big. After the first night the cleaning lady came at 2 pm in order to clean de room. Even if we had just arrived from lunch my wife and kids had to leave the room. The other day the clening was intentioned to be made at noon in the context in which everybody has to rest. I refused due to the fact that I did not want to wait outside with my family untill cleaning ia being made. On friday I was quite angry and went to the front office and asked why the cleaning is not being made in the morning and mentioned the fact that for a 4 star hotel the towels were not changed for 3 days. This changed nothing. Having some discussions with one of the girls from the office she told me (in the context that I was asking her why no money were taken before arriving) that there is no bother from them because they have a lot of tourists and even we have cancelled or stayed for a couple of nights it could not have been problem from their side. Ok...I said. As something urgent intervenied we had to leave 1 day earlier and went to the reception to tell them and pay for my stay. The same lady told me that she feels sorry but I have to pay for the last night also. That was a big surprise for me because one day earlier ahe told me that there ia no problem for cancelling or staying less. Other huge surprize was that she asked me where I did my booking. I did the booking on their website. She said thats too bad because she can do nothing and if I could have called her to make the booking, then she could have helped me. Having the aformentioned I asked her for the total and payed. The rooms are not so big and it is strange that there is an electric machine to make tea or coffee there is a sign saying that it is not allowed to use it. The conclusion ia themat maybe Inwas not so lucky as other tourists that stayed there but myself I will not go...

We stayed here with family and friends, renting 2 apartments and 1 studio, and it was an unforgettable experience. The hotel is child-friendly, quiet, and truly luxurious, with breathtaking views that make it perfect for a romantic getaway as well. The pool view is stunning, and the whole atmosphere feels both relaxing and elegant.

The staff were incredibly friendly and always willing to help with anything we needed. What touched us most was the owner’s kindness—decorating our room beautifully for our wedding and going above and beyond to make our stay special. Their support and generosity made us feel at home, and we can’t thank them enough.

Everything was just great! The room was spacious, very clean, fully equipped, and modern (as it is displayed in the images).
