We had a short stay at Mary’s Residence, for 5 days but it was very pleasant stay, the host lady is kind and friendly, professional, she has a good energy and always smiling, I really appreciate that during vacation. The room and the bathroom was clean, the housekeeping lady was also very nice and attentive to details. The mini kitchen is equipped with everything you need for preparing some fast meals. The towels are good quality and smell nice. Aircon works well. Bed is comfortable. The balcony is spacious. The whole propriety and the pool is well mantained and spotless clean. We liked everything and we will recommend it to our friends. Perfect location, right in the center, a few steps away from the beach, lots of supermarkets and tavernas around. 3 years ago I came for the first time in Thassos and my heart remained there.||So, this year, we had to come back. And as we liked our first location, near to the perfect beach (see my previous review of Mary's), we decided to start a tradition.||This time we reserved a maisonette (a two floor appartment) and it was the right decision as we came with my 6yo daughter and 1yo dog. A very modern hotel with different types of rooms. There is a newly built part with beautiful modern interior and you can get a small "house" type apartment with 2 floors. The staff is very welcoming. You have a private pool that is suitable for tall people.
As location it is right next to the beach (a 3 minute walk) and in the centre of the resort. Plenty of restaurants around it. It also has a pastry where you can buy in the morning pastry that is very tasty.
Overall i strongly recommend this place if you want to have a relaxing vacation and a 5 star treatment.
