Maximos Petit Hotel — Hotel in Flores

Worst experience ever with this hotel. I reserved with 3 weeks in advance and they cancel my RESERVATION at the last moment when I was outside. They didn't even call me to notify me about this cancelation. When I arrived to the hotel they just said to me your 2 bedroom reservation is not available anymore. At that time it was around 11pm and any other hotel were available since it was the holly week and everything was busy. We ended up sleeping on the car because of this change. And on top of this mess the staff were very mean and not nice at all. And also I call then twice to let me them know that we were coming and yo please save our reservation. And they told us, yes no problem and when we got to the hotel at night they only told us your reservation is not available any more😡😡😡 so I told you guys need to help us to find another hotel at this time now because we need a hotel. And they didnt even offer to help us out after all. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER AND WORST...

This hotel is situated in Santa Elena, just a ten minute walk over the bridge from Flores where the more expensive touristy hotels are. This place is straightforward, clean and efficient....I especially liked the super modern shower glass fronted cubicle with ample supplies of soap and shampoo!! The staff I found to be very helpful and cheerful...I arrived at 1am and a vigilant night porter was on the ball to help me in.||||One note..it is near a very busy road and some have warned of noise issues. I had the room 2nd nearest to the road and I am not a great sleeper, but I used earplugs and had three good nights' sleep. If it worries you, as for a room on the upper level (there are two) away from the road. But at 32 dollars a night, I thought this place was excellent value for money......and the breakfast (not included alas) was also very good. They brought me complimentary coffee on the day of my...

Mi estancia en el Hotel Máximos fue realmente agradable. Desde que llegué, el personal me recibió con una atención excelente y una actitud muy amable. Se nota que todo el equipo trabaja con dedicación y buena energía, siempre dispuestos a ayudar en lo que uno necesite.

Las habitaciones están muy limpias, ordenadas y con un ambiente acogedor. Me gustó mucho el detalle del aire acondicionado, la comodidad de la cama y lo bien cuidadas que están las instalaciones. Además, la ubicación es perfecta, cerca de todo y con fácil acceso a la isla de Flores.

Definitivamente es un lugar al que volvería sin pensarlo. Se siente la calidad, el esfuerzo y el buen servicio en cada detalle. ¡Felicidades a todo el equipo del Hotel Máximos! 👏

Un detalle que me pareció encantador fue conocer a Logan, el gato del hotel. Es muy amable y cálido al recibir a los huéspedes, lo que le da un toque hogareño y único al lugar. Sin duda, hace que la experiencia sea aún...
