I ended up here last minute after my original hotel cancelled. It’s about a 15 minute walk to the main tourist zone and well worth the walk as you pass by the local market and beautiful church (both which I never would have seen/eaten at had I stayed in the tourist zone). The hotel has a beautiful area with a fountain, flowers and chairs to sit outside. The room was super clean and nicely decorated. I had the best hot shower I’ve had in Guatemala (no electric heater involved!). They had an Eco filter to refill water. And most of all, the staff were so welcoming and lovely. There was an unexpected Semana Santa procession happening outside and the staff knocked on my door so I could quickly come and see. So the last minute cancellation turned out to be a real gift. Read moreThe rooms are clean and so so roomy! Honestly, no complaints about the room. The courtyard outside is beautiful and in the sun, it is ravishing. Above this, however, is the phenomenal service they provide. My boyfriend and i were arriving late to pana and they emailed us inquiring when we would arrive since there was a bit of construction in front of the hotel. They made sure we arrived safely and comfortably and even provided complimentary breakfast the next morning. As well, we needed tylenol later in the evening and they assisted us by getting a delivery service to the hotel. Each person we interacted with was so kind and genuine. I can't rave...
Read moreThis wonderful property is located a few minutes walk from the towns market and is nice and quiet. Although it's not currently a bed and breakfast the rooms are clean and comfortable. They offer basic in-room toiletries, free descent wi-fi and coffee in the afternoon. The hosts are beyond kind and most helpful.
