Welcoming family owners, clean. Sits within natural Forrest setting, has friendly dogs and secluded and safe. ||The rooms are spacious, hot water, kitchen use for long term stays. The owners are so helpful and the hotel units have a selection of double beds of great quality, for medium to slightly harder. Spacious enough for two travelers or those with a little one. ||It’s far back enough from the main town area to make it pretty quiet with exception of the festival times in the town. We loved our experience at Posada del Bosque! The owner (Walter, I believe) was so welcoming and accommodating! He made sure our stay was perfect.||Rooms are affordable, no-frills, clean, and comfortable. ||The hotel grounds are cute too - there’s a pet peacock named Jorge who lives on-site, along with two baby peacocks and a dog named Ruby! ||Location is slightly further from the center of Panajachel and the dock, so it was a bit quieter and felt like an escape from the busy town center.
