Good food and good prices, lots to choose from on the menu and extra daily specials to choose from. We ordered the spinach and shrimp quesadilla (Q35), and the carne con champiñones (beef and mushroom) burrito (Q35) which is served wet style (covered in sauce). It was tasty and filling, but the meat was fairly chewy. These were both 'specials of the day' items so I would like to go back and try the tacos and other regular menu items. One thing that I would love to see is more salsa selection like in Mexico. We were given a small bowl of red hot sauce but nothing else to choose from. The salsa was simple and bland, but gave a kick to the meal. Adding cilantro and onion, or a salsa verde to the table would definitely step things up for the restaurant and make it more authentic! Overall the food is good value, beers and beverages are also well priced and we will return.

What a great find! This tiny “hole in the wall” serves up really delicious Mexican food for great prices. We got the steak chimichanga and Al pastor tacos and they were delicious. The tacos were a little bare, but are true Mexican style and a good deal for the price. They were only Q20 which is like $3 USD. I think I’ll try the Al pastor quesadilla if we go back it looked really good. Just be aware it is a small seating area so you don’t go for the “vibe” or atmosphere. Overall a solid meal and would highly recommend going if you want Mexican food!

I just simply love this restaurant. I am an expat that lives in Santa Cruz. Of all the restaurants I can go to in Pana when I am here, this place is where I spend the most money. I am addicted to the Chimichanga and the tacos Al Pastor. It's small and no frills but I am here for the food and it is damn good and well priced!
