Are there two locations for this hotel? I just followed the signs and I stayed in Hotel (El) Amigo (it seems they use both Amigo and El Amigo) at this location: 14.745538,-91.157327 which currently names another Hospedaje. So probably they merged or moved? At least there was no option for me to access the place as was suggested on the map...
It is a basic but nice hotel with good price-quality balance (I paid Q90 + Q20 taxes) for a double room including breakfast (they offer two options), which by the way is not in the hotel but at El Faro restaurant just around the corner on the main road.
Blankets were missing in my room, so make sure you get them for the cold night as early morning I had to put cloths on to keep me warm. And don't forget your earplugs, because also here the dogs are a problem as soon as it gets dark.

Our room was dirty and the bed sheets were covered in hair and had clearly not been changed. Front desk lady was unhelpful and unwelcoming. In our new room we were unable to shower as there were live wires taped to the shower head. All night 2 dogs barked non-stop on the roof next to hotel. Hotel at end of a dark alleyway, we both felt very unsafe returning at night. 'American breakfast' consist of a pancake and a banana....
The room was large and clean with a comfortable and roomy bed. The bathroom was also clean and pretty modern. We booked online for a better price than quoted in person.
