While the ambiance was beautiful and the steak grille did taste good, the service was horrible. After finishing our food, we waited over 50 minutes without any acknowledgement or help, despite trying to get their attention. I was finally able to flag someone down and ask for the check but he did not bring it. I waited ten more minutes before asking someone else for it. When it came, they did not accept American Express even though we had explicitly asked if they did upon arriving and had been told that they would. We thus asked the server to call the manager over and waited but he never came. I asked again and was told...

So excited for the food, based on the recommendations of others but so disappointed except for the whole fish—that was good. The lobster was over cooked. Steak medallions tasted like the meat had been tenderized to the point that it tasted like hamburger. The wine sauce had big chunks of onion in it that were almost raw. The pizza was very thin crust, and the bread base is not tasty.

The biggest disappointment, though was when the food came a horde of flies also appeared and we spent the whole meal just trying to keep the flies off...

Everything about this spot is incredible! It's such a large space with plenty of options to sit indoors or outdoors. They have an extensive menu with options for every type of eater. I'm picky and have dietary restrictions. They were able to accommodate me with no problem whatsoever (they have several vegan and vegetarian options). The portions are large and filling.
