The location of the hotel is more than perfect. It is located in the center of the city, in the very heart of the city. On the other hand, on the side and front of the hotel is Arkad Shopping Center (you have a variety of options for a quick meal). You have city parking in front of the hotel as well as in the surrounding area. You can almost always find a parking space.I used the Easy park app to pay for parking. It is very easy to use, with locating your position and detecting the parking zone. Only you connect your payment card to it and determine the amount of time you want to pay for parking. For the first zone in front of the hotel with all costs per hour, I was charged about 1.10 euros. The second option to pay for parking is through their app (you can read it on the parking pole), then you pay through a mobile operator (not suitable if you don't have a Hungarian number) and the third option is the classic one through a street parking machine. The hotel is a "Garni" three-star categories, in other words, Bed & Breakfast variant. The reception works up to 18 hours. With the room key, you will receive a code for the front door if you enter the hotel after the reception is open. We used an apartment that, I can say, is better than most apartments of classic 4 star hotels. The apartment is extremely clean, has a microwave, refrigerator, TV, air conditioning, towels and it's extremely bright, spacious. I would like to emphasize that the heating in the apartment was excellent, especially since we were there in January. The breakfast food was classic Mediterranean with plenty of options. If something from the food selection runs out, you can ask them to prepare more for you. The staff is extremely friendly and does their best to answer all your questions and assist you. I hope the girl at the reception doesn't mind if I got her name wrong, Barbara (at least that's what I think.I know that starts at B letter 🤣). She was an excellent host. From the reception welcome, additional information, to her helpfulness, the rating is a perfect 10. Of course, the rest of the staff also deserved all the praise. For those to whom it may matter, I should mention that the hotel does not have an elevator; only stairs are used. The reception is on the first floor along with the dining area, while the rooms are on the first, second, and third floors. However, we don’t see this as a drawback. Of course, there will always be people who find something to complain about or let small details ruin their stay, but this hotel and its staff definitely deserve 5 stars or the...
Read moreThe hotel has a great location, not far from the city center, with a shopping mall and parking right across the street. The staff were friendly, and our room was large and spacious. We appreciated the small kitchen area, which included a refrigerator and microwave. The modern decor and comfortable bed were also nice touches. However, there were a few issues. There's no elevator, which was a problem since our room was on the third floor. The main issue, though, was the noise. There was a bar across the street with loud music and people talking until 5 a.m., and we also heard a lot of noise from inside the hotel—conversations and furniture moving in the middle of the night. We barely got any sleep. Be aware that parking is paid and not cheap, at 400 forints per hour. We were late with our payment and received a 5600...
Read moreAs the name says, hotel is located in the city centre. Right next to it is shopping centre and pedestrian zone of the city centre is just across the street. It is a bit away from the crowd in the street which is good. If you come by car, there is a parking just next to the hotel.||This is actually a very small hotel but rooms are very nice. Furniture is good, and the bathroom is excellent.||The only downside is the dining area which is very small, so if the hotel has more guests you might have to wait for the place. Breakfast is ok, but again, since everything is small, they might run out of something while you are there. This is the only reason why I will give it...
