Had booked this hotel for a business trip in Bangalore. ||||Location- Very central location, right in the middle of 4th Block and about 1 km from Sony Signal. There is a big market just behind the hotel with lot of restaurants and general stores. There is a very small tea shop which serves great honey lemon tea for 10 rs and is almost always crowded. There is Wipro Park very near to the hotel which is great for early morning strolls. ||||Amenities- Had booked deluxe room with breakfast. The room had 2 beds, was very clean, spacious. I had a private balcony which opened on the main road. Inspite of that it wasn't very noisy overall. The balcony door however was broken and required a lot of effort in either opening or closing. Other amenities included ac, tv, mini fridge, a study table and an electric kettle. They didn't however provide a soap to wash hands and i had to ask them twice to replace the dirty towels.||||Service- Overall it was okay. ||||Food- Didn't try anything other than the breakfast. It was very basic- idli/ parathas/bread/ fruits along with juice, tea, coffee. More than once I found small insects in the bread toasts. The mail is as such 'had booked an executive room. I checked in on 5th Dec 2018. I have been booking fabhotels since a very long time now and this is the first time I have had a nasty experience. Problems were as follows:
Firstly the room provided was not an executive room, it was a standard room. I know because I use fabhotels wherever I travel.
Bathroom was dirty, floor was slippery as the water stands and stagnates in one single place. And there's a permanent leak of water. (Pic attached)
The door made weird noises, it was complained. They said batteries need to be changed, they changed but still it was the same.
Asked for a room change, another room provided was of even worse quality.
No shampoo, no bodywash, no handwash liquid or sanitizer in the bathroom. Didn't even bother to ask them because it's a a basic need and they didn't provide it. (Pic attached)

This hotel has vague policies, first I went with my family and cousins and they thought I am here with other couple for something to happen||2. Even after clarification the hotel receptionist, she infact kept pushing my cousin's out saying they can't stay, the policy said until 8pm but they pushed them out||3. They took the full payment in the beginning, if not I would have left ||4. We then connected to the manager and tried to tell him our view point, but he also seemed not acceptable what we told. ||5. My cousin was completely mood off and he went to his place by not even joining for dinner.||||I did not say, what they did was wrong. They just flowed rules and instructions, but the way they handled the entire epsiode was wrong. They insulted, me my wife my cousins and spoiled the entire evening.||||That's the honest feedback.
