Mishta 2. 100% Arabica I got kinda confused with which one I liked better so I did a comparative coffee tasting with a friend of mine. I tried the Seven Beans 'Rosso' capsules for Nespresso. Honestly, the coffee tasted stale. When I opened the package I could already smell stale coffee - so really the sealing leaves a lot to be desired. The capsules aren't air-tight as they should have been. These capsules look more like the refill capsules that one gets due to unavailability of original Nespresso capsules in India. I hope you would do the packing 100% professionally as is done by Nespresso. However I am not giving up on the product and will order it without capsules so that I can truly enjoy what is claimed! Can I suggest that the coffee and capsules be sold separately- we can refill them just before putting them in the...

After my complain to seven beans coffee about the coffee, i recieved a refund of the coffee and they explained why the coffee was not as expected. May be not a bad experience at all.

I Ordered coffee from seven beans after reading lot of positive experience.However my experience was totally opposite of what i read previously.The coffee I ordered is all stale and without any aroma.also on the package it was clearly written roasted on 5th october and i recieved it at 7th october.Seriously ? you are sending a more than month old coffee to a new customer who is buying from you ?
