Good food, comparing other kerala restaurants in Bangalore, Whitefield.
But the main thing is the service is very bad. It will be less if I tell it's very bad, it took several hours to even get a glass of water. If you order something now you can go and watch a movie and come back then the order might have been ready. And if you for something in between then you just forget about it. It won't come to your plate, if you got a plate in the first place.

Read moreI loved this place earlier and then recommended this place to lot of my friends, but I would definitely say from the past 2- 3 weeks, the service and staff behavior has gone down drastically. Down means pathetic, they are behaving like they are running Cheff Pillais restaurant and we are mere beggers. They are rude and non appologetic. Food is average, but the way they behave is really really bad. I will never visit this place again. Ordering from here is still an option. They very well know that they get good amount of online orders, and so they completely neglect the "in person dining" people. I went with my wife and kid last week and ordered meals biriyani and a fish fry. We waited patiently for 30 minutes and we could see online orders flying by the window in these 30 minutes, im not exaggerating a bit, but almoat all tables were ignored throughout this time. I asked the waiter couple of times and told them that my kid is waiting, atleast give the biriyani or rice. They neglected that too and finally after 15 minutes they said because our order contained fish fry, all items will be served only when fish was fried and made ready. Then they served stone cold biriyani to my son and rice to me. Not even a single apologetic behavior was noticed. No sorry whatsoever. This is really pathetic service. Please refrain from going to this hotel, order from zomato, atleast the delivery boys in zomato are hospitable. If you go to this hotel in person, be ready to have an experience like you are an Indian visiting a British restaurant in 1920. They might throw the food to us and ask us to take it from...

I tried the Kappa Erachi Biryani, and it was absolutely delicious! The quality and consistency were amazing, and the quantity was just right. I also noticed a thoughtful touch — each dining table had a USB charging point on the side wall, which was very convenient.
They offer a good variety of bottled Kombucha, priced between ₹169–₹189. The washing area and washroom were clean and well-maintained.
The service was excellent, and when I visited around 7:30 PM, they were playing light Hindi music — soothing and pleasant, with a really nice playlist. The atmosphere was calm and not too crowded, perfect for a relaxed meal.
On my second visit, I tried the Beef Shapp Curry with Kerala Porotta, and it was just as delicious! The curry was perfectly prepared and served well, with rich flavors and great consistency.
There’s sufficient street parking for bikes, though finding car parking can be a bit tricky. One small drawback I noticed is that Airtel network had no internet connectivity inside, so it would be great if they could provide Wi-Fi facilities for customers — that would be really helpful.
Overall, a very good experience — definitely worth...
