FabHotel Whitefield Suites - Hotel in Whitefield, Bangalore — Hotel in Bengaluru

Don't ever go for this hotel. Fab-hotels doesn't allow you to write review if you cancel the booking, and it is highly rated there, but probably all the reviews are fake. So I am writing here.

Lift doesn't work and you have to drag your stuff 3 floors up. The rooms are not ready when you reach and hotel is heavily understaffed. There is dirt and dust everywhere. They ask you upfront for full payment, even after paying advance, even when the rooms are not ready. There is no one from management in reception. The same guys is cleaning bathrooms and rooms and sitting in reception.

Room is spacious, clean and sanitised. Service is good. Need few more accessories for furnishing.

Since it's a new property, people are unaware to provide the hospitality of drinking water and toiletries as welcome kit, which others do so. For the cost they charge it's a bit of dissatisfaction to get paid for water.

P.S: If breakfast included, need to remind the service person to order and get, as they do not have inhouse kitchen.

The hotel is located on the 3rd and 4th floor of the building, and it is a safe and secure location. Police station is located just meters away from this building. There are restaurants on the ground and the first floor of the building. There is also a grocery shop at walking distance. There are multiple restaurants at walking distance from the hotel. Cleanliness needs a big improvement. Bed sheets and towels didn't look clean and was of bad quality. Wifi reception was very poor inside the room but was good...
