Paradise Biryani | Whitefield-II — Restaurant in Bengaluru

I visited this restaurant on 1st May 2025, around 2:30 PM and was seated at Table 7. Unfortunately, I must express my deep dissatisfaction with the service provided by the lady who attended our table. Referring to her as a stewardess would be generous, as she displayed an absolute lack of basic hospitality.

From taking our order to issuing the bill, her behaviour was abrupt, indifferent, rude or I don’t know what to call it.

I have never encountered such poor treatment even in the roadside eateries, which made the experience all the more shocking coming from an establishment as reputed as Paradise.

However, I observed other stewards attending nearby tables who were genuinely courteous and professional

This incident has unfortunately left a very negative impression, and I am compelled to say that I will not be visiting you again.

Team, I was a huge fan of paradise biriyani until I received my last order, see what the people are doing is when they give lunch buffet delivery or dinner buffet delivery, they are packing and keeping it prior, for ex: if the lunch preparation starts at 12 or 1pm due to peoples busy schedule they will order at 3,4 or max 5 until this time time the buffet order will be available, but still when you order at late lunch time, by the time the package which was packed very earlier would have been left water and the taste would have gone and it would literally smell very bad veryyyy veryyyy bad, if this message reaches the owner or the CEO or the Founder, please make sure that the orders will get packed at the time of order received. thank you team, please make sure this happens and let customers...

Utmost unhappy with everything here. Visited for my birthday with family. What to say... Surprisingly there are no starters but only kebabs. No non veg soups (Got to know after ordering). Ordered kabab, it was literally half cooked and not at all tasty. For a minute, we decided to walk out and go to another restaurant nearby. But we changed our mind and ordered Biriyani. There it comes, super spicy. I'm a Guntur-AP guy. For me itself, it was super spicy, no need to mention how others could feel. Even the service was below average. They don't even know to remove the emptied kabab plates to make space for main course. Cost to taste there is no match. I wouldn't say, it's costly but it's a waste of money and time. Lost interest for ever and NEVER AGAIN....
