Hilton EGL, an incredible stay in a fantastic location.

Always greeted by the ever wonderful Selvi every time we left for work in the morning and returned back in the afternoon.

The hotel staff were incredible, I ended up getting COVID-19 on the plane over and the room service went above and beyond to ensure we always had enough water and bringing meals and groceries to our room for us. They really worked hard to make sure my Coeliac partner always had a positive experience with the food and had the chefs make food for her specially prepared so as to have no cross-contamination with gluten. She was able to confidently eat the food from the hotel.

Then Seta, the amazing restaurant located by the pool. We had the absolute pleasure of being served by Lui, who's bright and bubbly attitude made us want to return time and time again - spending plenty in the meantime! Lui is an absolute superstar, catering to us (who were surely her most annoying patrons) and ensuring everything my partner ate and drank was both safe (being coeliac) and exactly as she requested. She was so amazing that we spent a few nights at Seta enjoying her hospitality.

Tattva, the spa located towards the rear of the ground floor was divine, staff were super friendly and skilled. We had several experiences from massages to mani/pedi and every single time was incredibly relaxing and enjoyable Pemu was delightful and had fantastic attention to detail when completing the mani/pedi.

Thankyou so much to all the wonderfull staff that made our stay so special and memorable, we would love to be back again! The room was excellent with a great view of the pool area, amenities were clean and decently new.

On the third floor it seems as though our AC was struggling to keep the room much cooler than 23 degrees.

It was a little warm for us Aussies coming right out of winter, but the stay was so enjoyable that this was a minor issue, to which we quickly acclimatised to...
