Subway Embassy Golf — Restaurant in Bengaluru

It was a lazy Sunday afternoon when me and my family decided against cooking lunch and opted for ordering 3 humble subs and 1 grandiose wrap from this outlet of Subway. While at the time of ordering we were ecstatic, what ensued later was everything short of ecstasy. This is a nearby outlet for us so we hoped the food would be fresh and warm by the time it gets delivered. It was not. The bread felt as if it had already been warmed up in the morning and the staff was trying to reduce global warming by not warming up anything. Kudos to them for taking such a bold initiative, I just wish my subway order wasn’t the sacrifice for this tribute. The condiments were incomplete (specially the part where lettuce was put in very little quantity and again, the chicken and paneer pieces were not heated and I think they couldn’t source their cheese from Switzerland so they opted not to put cheese, and overall the experience made us regret placing an order from this particular outlet.

I hope that the management of this outlet reads this review and does the due diligence to ensure that they don’t keep dropping the bar for what subway as an outlet is. I have had amazing subways in places like Mysore and Bhuvneshwar, so its a bit disappointing to see such mediocre standards...

This is one of the worst subway outlet in the entire bangalore. And it’s the only sub place in the central food court of embassy golf link business park. Employees who can not eat their office cafeteria food don’t have any choice other than eating here. Staff are so slow and sometimes they are rude. Sometimes there will be a single person handling both the veg and non veg subs. They always run out of their bread options and server any 2 kinds of bread. This is a very unique Subway outlet. They follow a lottery system for food. Let me explain. Whatever you order, you will get only half of the ingredients. Which ones you get depends on your luck and their mood. Also, from whatever is left, they will eat half of it to make sure it's safe for you, and deliver the rest to you.
