Klinx — Restaurant in Bengaluru

We have had an outstanding time dining at Klinx everyday during our 1 month stay in Bangalore!

Where to begin.... AMAZING food, OUTSTANDING service, and exceptional staff! Among the staff, Tanu and Moumita stood out for their exceptional attentiveness and ability to cater to our every need. We were always greeted with a smile, they knew what we liked every morning. Their attentiveness does not go unnoticed and it is very much appreciated!

The food is very fresh, a great variety of options hot/cold, the restaurant is impeccably clean and the flavors are excellent. There are traditional Indian dishes, but many continental options as well. Each day the dishes change slightly, but there are always a great set of traditional staples. The staff treats the customers and the business as if it is their own. They have high standards and try to make the experience an unforgettable one.

This buffet leaves you with a healthy and nutritious meal, while also giving you the opportunity to tray something new.

I would highly recommend this restaurant and look forward to traveling and dining here in the future.

We were treated to a wonderful personalized Bon Voyage card and a custom made cake before our departure. So sweet, thoughtful and kind!

Not sure where to start,

The buffet was unavailable at 3 PM, even though the Dineout app clearly mentioned it would be available till 4:30 PM. This was quite disappointing as we had planned our timing based on that information.

2.They refused to allow drinks to be paid via Dineout, even though the total bill (including drinks) was supposed to be eligible for a discount. This felt misleading, as the discount clearly stated it applies to the total bill.

3.We also had to ask for the complimentary mocktail to Moumita ,which is included as part of the discount package that should be offered proactively. Having to request it specifically felt unprofessional and has been served in different area other than inside the klinx restaurant which tastes worst that we left those drinks . Even roadside soda serves better

The quality and quantity of the food were good, and what we ordered tasted fresh and well-prepared.

However, the variety was very limited, which made the overall experience feel lacking—especially for a place like Hilton where you'd expect more options.

Being a 5 star restaurant where hospitality should matter most treats customers like paupers even after paying 4k...

Went here on Saturday night dinner on first day of Navaratri. Good points about KLINX

Very cheerful. World Cup decoration in the ceiling as well as every table. Quite spacious and there was no rush at 10:00 PM. Cozy ambience. My and my wife talked on so many things as the sitting was comfortable and the music was soft. Crowd - Extremely decent crowd. Majority were Foreigners staying at the hotel. No loud talk, not too loud music. Food - Extremely good. Not many veg options but the limited veg options are too delicious.

Now about the staff.

There was a guy in Blazer. I really don’t recall his name. He greeted us and showed us our seats. Good customer service skills, attentiveness, and a friendly demeanor.

Then come our host Koumini. A special shoutout to her. A good host can turn a meal into a delightful experience through their professionalism and genuine hospitality. My wife told her that she won’t be able to have alcohol due to Navaratri. Koumini gave us two glasses of Mock tails, which were too awesome. Kudos to her!

I will surely visit again with a bigger gang and perhaps with my office...
