Recess at Hilton Embassy GolfLinks — Restaurant in Bengaluru

Recently went to Recess after so many years and was disappointed. I had booked a table through Zomato Gold and on reaching there around 10 am for breakfast they told me they have limited options and mainly whatever is displayed like cold sandwiches etc and I should instead go to Ministry of Food. Ministry of food didn't accept the offer since the reservation was for Recess. Went back and had a sandwich, quinoa salad, chicken katti roll and frappe. All very average and not how it used to be pre-covid. Also the staff was so dull and not welcoming at the restaurant which was a surprise being a 5 star they are usually the most courteous. Won't be going back...

We had some amazing finger-licking grub at re:cess, Hilton's 24-hour restaurant. We sat in a cozy nook and were served by Mr. Shubham, who was very helpful in meticulously talking care of our needs, all done very professionally and courteously, with the focus on providing customer delight. We loved the Butter Croissant, Apricot Berliner (amazingly full of liquid chocolate), and the Cappuccino was mind-blowing. We also got a perfectly baked multi-grain loaf packed for home....

Lovely little cafe to chill and get a bite or two with something to drink. Their cookies and croissants are brilliant. Located right at the entrance with such lovely and ever changing decor that you just can't resist but walk in. They have chocolate and other hampers too and make great gifting...
