I don’t know why but it feels like this particular outlet is kinda poor in terms of serving right quantity of food. Staaf behaviour is very rude. If you will ask them to put right amount of quantity in rice bowl, burrito and different dip for quesadilla they will act like we have asked for their property papers. The kind of face they make when you ask them to put right quantity they will make such a face that you don’t feel like eating the food that is served. Two incidents that I’ve faced I’ve faced in this particular outlet is that they won’t serve quesadillas just because it takes time 15-20 min even after saying that I’m ready to wait. Second incident I asked for alternate sauce like in place of spicy tomato sauce I asked for creamy ranch which is an option available on every other outlet I’ve been to, the employee here simply rejected that the same thing cannot be done and argued on same for like 10-15 min. Read moreObserved fraudulent practice of not issuing the bill/ receipt. Despite me sharing my mobile number, on 19 July 2024, I was issued with a bill bearing a different person's mobile number. Spoke to the area manager, who was on travel that date, he never called back nor answered my call after my multiple attempts. Sent a LinkedIn message about this fraudulent practice and no response till date. This is huge disappointment.
Modus operandi: Those who do not ask for bill, they do not print and after the customer goes, they flush the transaction. Whatever money is paid through UPI only gets billed and the excess balance cash and the will be looted.

Read moreUpdate: The response to my review from the management couldn't have been more useless. IMO, my review is pretty straight and clear. I wonder why I need to WhatsApp them more details even if there's any. The behaviour of the staff pretty much looks like it's driven by the management for higher profits even if it comes at the cost of customer satisfaction. All they had to do to fix is just watch their video recordings. All my colleagues have the same opinion BTW. From the way the staff behave and serve so reluctantly, you would wonder whether they are serving you for free. If there's a word opposite of hospitality, that will fit them well. The serving quantity is only half of what they show off in the ads. And not to mention such a disdainful look on their staff's face...
