1/5 - Disappointing Experience at Seta, Hilton

I had the misfortune of dining at Seta, located within the Hilton hotel, and it was a disaster from start to finish.

Food: Average

The food at Seta was mediocre at best. While it wasn't particularly bad, it lacked flavor and creativity.

Service: Pathetic

The service, however, was appalling. Our server took an inordinate amount of time to clear our table and seemed unsure of how to take our orders. What's more, she didn't recommend any dishes or provide any guidance on the menu. When my child ordered a dish, the server failed to advise that it was spicy, which was a problem. To make matters worse, we had booked this reservation from Zomato dining and ask for a cake for my daughter's birthday but it was never delivered. No one asked us how was the food.

Overall: One of the Worst

Given the high standards that Hilton hotels typically uphold, I was shocked and disappointed by the subpar experience at Seta. With so many other excellent dining options available in Bangalore be careful to select good premium restaurant , I would strongly advise against wasting your time...

We had the pleasure of staying for two weeks, and one of the highlights of our experience was the incredible service we received at Seta, the hotel restaurant. Soumya and Vikas were absolutely wonderful—always welcoming us with warm smiles and providing consistently attentive and thoughtful service.

Whether it was remembering our favorite drinks, recommending dishes, or simply taking the time to make sure we were comfortable and enjoying our meals, they truly went above and beyond. Their kindness and professionalism made every visit to Seta feel special and added a personal touch to our stay.
