The Bench - Craft Bar & Kitchen — Restaurant in Bengaluru

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the recent experience I had at your restaurant. Unfortunately, the service and food quality were far below expectations, and I feel compelled to share my concerns.

Food Delay: After placing my order, I waited for 30 minutes, only to be informed that the food was not available. This was extremely disappointing, especially as it took additional time to finally arrange the food, which did not justify the wait or the price.

Service Quality: The service was unfortunately lacking. Despite ordering a beer, I was informed that it was unavailable after placing the order. Although the staff managed to serve one glass, it did not make up for the overall poor experience.

Food Quality: The quality of the food was not up to standard. It did not offer value for money and left a lot to be desired.

Overall, the experience was far from satisfactory. I hope you will take this feedback seriously and make the necessary improvements to ensure that future customers do not...

I recently had the pleasure of dining at The Bench , and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish.

Great Food: Every dish we tried was absolutely delicious and well-prepared. The flavors were spot-on, and the presentation was excellent. Excellent Staff: The staff, including the managers, provided top-notch hospitality. They were attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed. Affordable Pricing: The prices were very reasonable, especially considering the quality of the food and service. Amazing Ambience: The ambience was perfect for a relaxed and enjoyable evening. The rooftop setting added a wonderful touch, and the music volume and quality were just right, creating a pleasant atmosphere without being overwhelming.

I highly recommend "The Bench" to anyone looking for a great dining experience. I will definitely be returning soon!

The Bench Taproom Kitchen is newly opened and is a charming gem nestled in the heart of whitefield. From the moment you step inside, the warm, rustic ambiance and the tantalizing aroma of fresh herbs hugs you to have a delightful meal. The menu is amazing and surprises you with unique dishes. My favourite that I tried here was the raw mango chicken and cheese balls it’s a must try. They have everything from Italian delights , continental to Indian style classic appetisers to suit your palate.

The cocktails here are good too I tried the classic Cosmopolitan.

I couldn’t add any photos of the food as I was busy relishing them.

But if you are a fan of manglorean cuisine do try their kapu chicken sukkha it’s a harmonious blend of spices that will take your right back to coastal Karnataka .
