Aston Suites — Hotel in Bengaluru

You could book in branded hotels with the same money. It's way too expensive for the service they provide. Room does not have window. TV does not work. They don't subscribe channels. There are no toiletries provided. So if u want to take bath bring ur own towels and soap. Even if u pay additionally for breakfast (which major hotels provide as a compliment) the food is grossly inadequate for an adult. The hotel and the facilities look different from the images they have given in sites. Location is 2 floored hotel between 2 buildings The staff is unhelpful as though we have not payed for the room.

Come on... When you pay so much for a night...u expect some...

I booked premium room with bigger space and paid what was charged by makemy trip. This hotel changed the picture and says make my trip have done mistake in picture then they gave normal room . This is a cheating for charging a premium room and giving economy room

Secondly i came 10 am and owner says i need to pay extra 650 to do early check in . Then bargain to stay for next few days directly without makemy trip . But why can't you consider just 1-2 hours early when u have empty room when customer is coming in early morning flight . Complete money minded owner Vinod and not customer focus hotel . Avoid this...

The stay was horrible as the acting manager MR Gopal’s behaviour is very disturbing. They charge guest for even visit for one hour that too in the afternoon between 12pm -1pm which is so stupid (₹750) and the food is terrible . There are unnecessary rules and the staffs are very uncooperative with customers . The communication skills and even the way of talking to customers is like people from slums . It’s really hard to talk to them.

The property is okayish . But the balcony is really beautiful facing...
