OYO Hotel Royal Park Near Sri Someshwara Swami Temple — Hotel in Bengaluru

We booked our stay online at Royal park 69693, but after reaching there, the owner said that we don't have booking, and when we showed him the online booking he was asking us extra money. Said it was some maintainance charges. We called Oyo customer care, and they told us to shift to the nearby Oyo, and when the owner heard us, he was suddenly ready to give us the rooms at the booking price. AC was not working. Room was not good , it was a conjusted space to stay. He did the same with a couple right in front of us, and they were straight from Delhi. Had paid online amount of booking, and when they reached, the owner was very rude to them and was ready to fight, we had to interfere in between their fight . The owner was charging extra money. When the couple demanded for refund, the owner refused to pay. And also charged us...

Very bad. Our stay was denied when we arrived at the property at the correct check in time. We were told to pay the full booking amount again at the property though full payment was made online in OYO. The manager was under the influence of alcohol or some other stuff and was very rude. He forced to make us pay. Had to call oyo customer service and even the property owner refused to take calls from oyo. After an hour of waiting and calls, customer service provided me with another nearby property. When they realized that I will move on, property manager's behavior suddenly changes, became polite and offered us the room. Since we were tired and running out of time, decided to accept his offer. Rooms were small and location is like a dead end and not much shops nearby. Fraudulent people just trying out some tricks to make...

The “WORST HOTEL IN INDIRANAGAR” I never expected this from a fellow Bangalorean, such pathetic and rude staff , He DEMANDED MORE CASH just Inspite of the booking being done online on MMT. Didn’t even bother giving the AC remote even after repeatedly asking him , Very judgmental doesn’t know how to respect women either. It’s better to find a lodge than go to this stupid hotel . I’ll ATTACH the rude staffs info please don’t visit this place at all .He purposely gave an unclean room and very bad conditioned washroom . Inspite of early check in, he made me wait for 2 hours after a long bus journey from Mumbai. Indiranagar should prolly even get rid of this...
