Ammas Pastries Thippasandra — Restaurant in Bengaluru

Terrible service and an arrogant manager who can't maintain a professional conversation with her customers and provide terrible customer service I think we went on the day where they have hired new employees . They seemed so confused . Billed us the wrong items with different prices and then once they realised that that particular item wasn't available ,They compensated it with some other item which has no match with the same . After the items where billed they assured us that all the items were packed . Once we reached home ,Around 6-7 items were missing . When we called ,the lady manager adamantly puts the blame on us saying it's our fault and was not willing to either deliver it or dunzo it. After a long conversation she also mentioned that we could go and complain to who so ever we want to or rather escalate the issue!!! Later realising the consequences she quickly agreed that the fault was from their end and then somehow got the item delivered after a lot of cribbing . AMMA'S PASTRIES IS A GREAT PLACE BUT THIS BRANCH AT THIPPASANDRA IS THE WORST !!!! UNPROFESSIONAL,AROGANT AND BLAME GAMERS IS WHAT THEY ARE!!! WILL NEVER GO THEIR AGAIN ! NOR WILL ORDER ANYTHING AND WILL ALSO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BRANCH TO ANYONE !!!

Amma's pastries is a 5 star brand and there is no doubt about it. I have given a 4 star coz i was not satified as a customer. Located in a prominent area, unlike other stores which i have visited in Mathikere and Malleshwaram, this store was a little bit on the downside hence the 4 star. Did not make the purchase coz i was not satisfied with the quality of cake on display which seemed like it was old, I have seen the very same cakes on display in other stores to be having a fresh look and instantly makes one crave for it. The store was not crowded too compared to the other stores,even then the staff was a bit slower with the customer service, it took them a while to take the order so i had to leave the place. However, the store is clean and staffs are kinda okay i guess. Two wheeler parked in the entrance of the stairs makes a customer visit uncomfortable, a no parking sign might keep the footpath parking at bay. Parking for 2 wheelers is fine but not 4 wheelers. Not accessible for differently abled.

Will visit the store again some day and hopefully with better customer service, i can change the rating to a 5 star.

There is no provision to give 0 to this stupid shop. We have ordered a 3 KG cake, with a specific design, paid extra money for that. But these guys delivered normal cake. When we asked for this, they responded that I agreed them for the normal cake just before 20 minutes of the cake delivery. How is it possible to change the cake design in 20 minutes??? Liars and cheaters. We called them and asked to return the money which we paid for the special design, they agreed but till now they have not transferred the extra money. When we scolded the supervisor he agreed that they did not make a note of special design. Cake order and delivery date is 28th July. Order No is 58. Please do not trust this bakery by face value and reviews, seems most of these are paid reviews. Still this bakery owner have not returned our money, how irresponsible and worst management and supervisor who never bothers about the customer feedback, happily enjoying the customers money without service/deliver the product as agreed....
