Super Townhouse Ulsoor Near Halasuru Metro Station — Hotel in Bengaluru

Looking at the reviews given I had expected that it would be a nice place however, unfortunately, that wasn't the case. I stayed there with my fiance recently. The few good things about this place are the convenient location as it is near the metro, the restro people were professional and the breakfast was pretty great as well. The room was descent however there was no electricity, water supply during one of the days of our stay and no tv channels were available but all of this still could be neglected the prime reason why I am inclined to give a poor rating is that one of the houseboys tried barging into our room and not just once if the latch was not been put up he would have got into the room. The person never cared about knocking or having basic manners and what he did is absolutely an intrusion of privacy. My fiance didn't feel safe there. I don't usually give poor ratting until things go south. I would suggest not to opt for this place unless you are a bachelor or all of u are boys there are tons of great places in Bangalore. I had reported this behavior to the receptionist. Ihave taken this stay for 4 days. Day one was very hectic. Matrix was broken i have informed in service desk 2 times but they ignored this but next day in evening they change the room. In second room where hot water is not coming in shower due to issue in handle. Service was very slow. We have included breakfast in our booking. But if we order complimentary breakfast in our room they charge for that. Complimentary breakfast is only available if we go to there restaurant. While changing room we forgot our moblie charger and next day we ask them about that they said they didn’t get any charger there. Positive thing is that view from their restaurant.
