Forest Essentials — Local services in Bengaluru

I have been a long time customer at Forest Essentials and I have visited several outlets of the franchise too. One of the best experiences I have had, was at the small outlet on the ground floor of the 1 MG Mall. While the products are the same in all the outlets (very good, though very expensive) it was the customer service here that blew me away! A huge round of applause 👏 👏 to the bright, lovely Ms.Poojashree who was in charge of the shop. She is blessed with an extremely sharp mind, excellent grooming and people skills, an intimate and thorough knowledge of each and every product displayed in the shop, a genuinely warm and friendly demeanor and mastery over several languages! When I was there, I got to witness her interacting with customers from different walks of life whose attitudes and requirements were completely different and she was equally smooth and comfortable dealing with each of them. A big round of applause to the people who hired and trained an absolute gem of a person like this. I feel that the sky is the limit for her, in whatever she chooses to do. Forest as a brand is good overall.

About this store: Found that the store was too small. Staff was ok but I suggest staff to be more active and explain about the products in more detail so that the customer knows what to buy and where to buy that from. Sample while asked was provided by the staff.

Membership should be made more simple rather keeping a limit of 5000 purchase only.
