Hello Team The park,||||I have booked a room for 2 nights in The park hotel Banglore Mg road,through agoda.com on 7th june to 9th june 2024,||||I have very bad experience with mr daniel who is security in charge of the hotel.||||Issue is about the entry in the i bar with my 2 male visitors as i want to use i bar facility as residing guest of the hotel with my visitor.||||So i asked the duty manager miss naitrika to allow us to go inside she told me that she has to take permission from higher authorities. So i replied fine take permisson and let me know than we waited more than 15 mintues but didnt replied so i asked humbly to her that we are waiting of your reply about entry in i bar so she said “we will not allow stag entries”.||Than i have asked her to call senior person regarding this issue as i am staying in this hotel more than 10 years but this kind of denial of entry in i bar is never happened with me .||||Than mr Daniel came so we requested him to allow us to go in i bar then he said we ll not allow stag entries if you want to go you have to pay cover charges so told him i never paid this kind cover charges before why you asking this kind of charges . He said now policy is different you have to pay the cover charges i asked him where the cover charges is mentioned in the hotel than he took us to the entry counter of the i bar where 2 security person standing there near the wash room they told us that each person have to pay 4000/- rs.||For entry As we requestd him also that all other stags is going inside without paying the cover charges even they are have not booked the room in the hotel why you are charging this much i also told him that in guest policy it is clearly mentioned that guest can invite visitors in public areas of the property.but than also mr. daniel showed us his arrogance and attitude and said you must have to pay cover charge than only i ll allow for entry in between my friend asked the 1 of the security guard that if any discount is possible make it so he asked 2000/- rs cover charges and allowed us to go .||Than i have keep watching at the entry counter of i bar that these bouncer/security guard is allowing many people with out cover charge also.||And many stags also allowed by them with out any body checking.||I found stags using many prohibited things which are banned in india which are used by stags in front of security.||I dont understand what kind of policy is made by management that resident is not allowed in i bar and others who have not booked a room in hotel and is allowed without paying cover charges.||Than party over at 1:00 a.m and i asked miss naitrika to make complain against mr.daniel and others who are involved in this than she told me mr. kiron is left for the day so i cant make complain now i said her to write down the mail about this issue to higher authorites she said i will not write down any thing you want to make complain you go ahead and showed so much arrogance at that time this matter is also available in cctv footage also.||I would like to inform you that check the cctv of entry of i bar for the confirmation of that many stags has been allowed with out paying a cover charge and loyal guest like me who is staying in the hotel from past 10 years is not allowed and so much harassed by the security incharge mr daniel and others .||At the time of check out front desk charged us 12 % cess gst which is not applicable in india.||||As i asked the front desk what kind of charges are this so he said this are service charges as in the bill it was clearly mentioned that 12%cess gst .||So he misguided me by saying service charge .||Also he took more than usual time for check out procedure as i have paid my amount in advance than also he tool more time for check out.||||I am really disappointment with the front office , duty manager ms naitrika in night and security in charge mr daniel .||||All these people have showed so arrogance and misbehaved while talking to me .||I want strict actions to be taken by the management so in future they will behave humble with guest of the hotel .||||I also request that make rule for all not for just staying guest only.||||I would like make this complain to the higher authorities of the company kindly provide the||email id of higher authorities so i can get solutions.||||I have lot to say more i can say in call regarding this||Thanks.||||Regards||Jay...

There was nothing remotely five-star about the place. The ambiance was lackluster. The staff's demeanor was a far cry from the warm hospitality one anticipates when checking into a hotel. There was lack of welcoming gestures or genuine interest in ensuring guests' comfort, leaving the overall hospitality experience pale and uninspiring. Upon settling into my room, I was dismayed to find straws and stirrers left on the table from a previous guest, indicating a lack of attention to detail in the housekeeping department. Such oversights raise questions about the overall cleanliness and upkeep of the premises. The towels provided in the bathroom were visibly stained. It's unacceptable for an upscale establishment to overlook such hygiene essentials. There was too much noise from the surrounding neighborhood activities until late in the night. When I requested an iron table, I was informed that it was out of stock. However, to their credit, the staff did manage to procure one for me after a few minutes, albeit the initial unavailability was disappointing.
Overall, my experience at The Park Hotel fell far short of expectations, failing to deliver the caliber of service and amenities one would associate with a five-star rating.
