Absolutely Horrible Experience – Never Ordering Again! I ordered the Veg Thali from The Handi Crust, expecting a decent meal, but what I received was nothing short of disgusting garbage. First off, the quality was pathetic and the quantity was laughable – a total rip-off. The Dal Makhni looked like someone just threw a spoon of dal into a bowl of dirty water. There was no flavor, no texture – just a watery, bland mess. Calling it Dal Makhni is an insult to the dish. The so-called 3 chapatis were smaller than a damn saucer and thinner than tissue paper. They were rubbery, cold, and felt like they were made yesterday. Honestly, I’ve had better food in a railway station canteen.

Everything in the thali was either stale, smelly, or just completely inedible. The vegetables were tasteless mush,and the overall packaging smelled like it had been sitting out in the heat for hours. It was so bad I had to throw it all away after one bite – that too with regret.

This is not food – it’s an insult to Indian cuisine. Don’t fall for their fake menu or pictures. Save your money and your stomach – The Handi Crust...

BEWARE : I shouldn’t even give this 1 star because they don’t deserve it for the food that they serve…So I have ordered couple of times form this place via swiggy & ZOMATO, food was always ok not great but this one time when I ordered egg curry and chapati I was baffled..Firstly they took 1 hour to deliver the food and on top that the food was equivalent to poison as they had served me machine made eggs..!!I just couldn’t recognize what actually have they sent, on raising an issue with Swiggy for incorrect order I got a reply that the restaurant has sent the correct order it looks different as it is machine made… I was shocked at this response and their audacity to even say this but neither swiggy nor the restaurant took any responsibility of this reckless customer service. Hence, I would request evrybody please do not order from this place as they are serving UNHEALTHY, UNHYGIENIC, TASTELESS food and playing with customers health and they think it’s completely OK for them to do that.. Shame on you guys- TEAM...

Portions are getting smaller, rates are going higher.

More often than not, they end up cancelling your order - they are extremely unprofessional.

If you order more than two items, one or the other item remains undelivered. They are very unprofessional.

Baigan bharta has more tomatoes and onions than actual baigan ...

Rates are lower on swiggy compared to Zomato - menu is different as well (no pulao bowl on swiggy).

They don't know what they're doing and are unable to manage their affairs. Very...
