Read moreI recently stayed at Hotel Vilvah on September 25-26, 2024, and my experience was incredibly disappointing. The most alarming issue occurred when I got locked in the bathroom due to a faulty door—a problem I later discovered had been mentioned in reviews months ago, yet it remained unfixed. I had no mobile phone with me, and after my friend outside realized I was stuck, he sought help from the reception. Unfortunately, the staff seemed disorganized and untrained, with everyone deflecting responsibility and claiming it wasn’t their department. After 40 agonizing minutes, I was finally freed, but I suffered a panic attack during the wait. To make matters worse, they moved me to a different room without addressing the faulty door and subsequently assigned that same problematic room to another family. This negligence is unacceptable. Additionally, the parking situation was chaotic. Someone parked in front of my car, and it took the watchman and reception 30 minutes to resolve the issue. My visit to Coimbatore was meant to be enjoyable, but this hotel experience completely ruined it. I would not recommend Hotel Vilvah to anyone. It's really serious issue to be sorted and hopefully I'll get quick response from head...
