Hospitality - Zero When your checking out they send someone in your room to check everything and ask you to wait at reception. Creepy.

If you leave any minor stains on bedsheet or duvet cover. They will charge you 1000 for each. Their house keeping is like " If we see any spot we charge".

I told them it was a minor chocolate spot on both bedsheet and duvet cover which was easily washable but the receptionist still charged 2000. After getting checked again their housekeeping told reception the bedsheet is alright and only duvet cover is chargeable, but why would they return Rs. 1000 ?

So I decided to get both bedsheet and duvet cover get cleaned from a nearby laundry , it took me 2 hours. After getting it cleaned I delivered the clean bedsheet and duvet cover on reception. They told me that they have refunded the 2000. I asked them for the laundry charge as it was their duty to wash it , not mine. As hotels wash bedding after guest leaves. But I didn't get any compensation and even the behaviour was kind of rude.

My partner felt kind of sick , so I won't be going in this hotel again. I suggest OYO to keep track of how hotels charge for these minor stains or other stupid charges. If these policies are being used wrongly just to make money then OYO should not partner with these hotels. This is not the hospitality we expect after paying a premium.

My suggestion for this hotel is to deliver a little friendly reception experience and if your guest finds themselves in a pinch. Help them , instead of making it worst. The problem is that OYO doesn't have much authority in these partner hotels and they can't do anything, the OYO manager was polite and tried to apologize for bad hospitality.

Specially the unmarried couples who want a private experience , I definitely won't recommend it to them. Because they don't have your back if something goes wrong.

I stayed at this hotel from 5-7 December. It was really a bad experience. Throughout the day you will hear shouting, loud talks in the corridors and it went on till 1-2 AM !! First day there was a wedding reception, so I didn't say anything. But second day also loud sounds continued. Forget your sleep if you are staying here. ||It was winter time and there was no hot water (even though they claim hot water will be available between 7-9 AM). I complained to the reception, he politely said, sir app do minute wait kijiye. I waited 30 minutes, no hot water was made available. Complementary breakfast was not worth mentioning. There was no guy to attend at the restaurant. Room service menu was exorbitantly high priced. TV had bare minimum hindi news channels.Bathrooms were moderately clean, cant even look at the dust bin, Bed sheets were badly stained and had coarse texture. ||In short If you want nice peaceful sleep then this is not the place for you. ||Only thing I liked is the staff. It is located in the centre of Green Park Extension. It is easily accessible and reachable by local taxis and own vehicle. Although parking area is not available yet it's not a problem to reach here by car. Staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms and interior design is good. Light system in interior design is good. Neat and clean beddings, towel. On request staff will provide you doormat, sleepers too. No Cellular network available in room ( Not even 2G networks available of Reliance, Airtel, Idea; only wifi is available to connect online ). You have to come out of room and hotel to get cellular networks in your cellphone. Outside food is not allowed. Power backup is available. Bathroom is very tiny (unpredictable but true).
