The Gold Inn — Hotel in Delhi

WORST WORST WORST EXPETEXPER I checked in this very royal looking hotel and made the payment. I chose delux room 302. Seriously disgusting service , no hot water for bath during winters requested 5 times over phone and in the reception visit, inspite of paying 1500 for a room there was no shampoo in the bathroom and worthless soap piece was provided. My mistake was , I paid what they said and it's very basic where ever u go u r given complimentary breakfast. I didn't asked during checkin so they DIDNT provided they simply said it's not included. Another thing tv set is there but channels are paid. There is no subscriptions. I took the stay for 3 days I paid the advance payment. But going to checkout tomorrow morning . Don't go there,, The management here is very bad. The manager's behavior is very rude and arrogant. The room service is also not good. We had booked a room online here. But we reached late. Before that we were not called even once,For confirmation and when we reached there, room was also not ready. This room was not working properly. We had to wait for half an hour. Then when we entered the room, still AC n TV did not work properly, then after 2 hours they shifted us to another room. The room was even dirtier than that. After some time, all the TV channels stopped coming because they were not properly recharged. No other channels were coming. We even complained to them. But...

All the hotel staff are very good. The bathroom, bed and everything are clean. I stayed in this hotel for 2 days. You will get free wifi. You will get breakfast with it In a word, people from any part of India can eat breakfast. In the morning you will find boiled eggs, omelette eggs, papaya, banana, hot milk, hot tea, cold water, puri, potatoes, chickpeas, vegetables, pies, etc.But the only problem is that after getting out of the car, you have to walk about 150 meters through a narrow alley.Where no car or van can go.
