Anchorage Serviced Apartments — Hotel in Edapally

We are from Bangalore. This is our 1st visit. We were 4 guests that included my mom and my son. We booked a two bedroom apartment for 5 nights. The location wasn’t difficult to find but the roads were narrow. It’s not only for this place but all around kerala itself the roads are all narrow expect for main roads. So we reached peacefully and the host Mr Jayakumar guided our routes and welcomed us. We were introduced to our caretaker Elogovan who was the best at our service. Kudos to him!!! Now about apartment, it’s regular house that has two rooms - clean with attached bathrooms, the mattress was soft and comfortable, these rooms had their individual Ac’s, the kitchen had few vessels, with gas, oven, fridge and kettle. On the terrace they have washing machine. We had comfortable and happy stay here. We even had requested extension for two more days and the host accommodated it. Mr Jayakumar and Mrs Soumya Jayakumar are one of the wonderful and genuine hosts that we have met in our travel diaries. Not to forget Mr Elogovan who was always available 24/7. We usually ordered food from Swiggy and didn’t use much gas expect for coffee or tea. Once we faced some problem with DTH connected, they immediately changed it and also added one of tv channel without any complain as requested. That’s how they quickly fixed issues. They do also provide packaged water bottles, shampoo, soaps, coffee/tea/sugar sachets. Remember ppl, we also need to respect the host rules as this place is really quiet after 10pm. Lastly this place is near to many restaurants, malls (lulu), church’s, grocery shop, hospital etc. I had no complaints but Thank you for this memorable stay for...

Stayed over during Republic day 2018. The apartment was in a perfect shape with fully equipped kitchen, cable TV, air condition and fly screen. Everything was new and exceptional clean. Our host was a real nice gentleman who lives in proximity with his family. The area is absolutely quiet and still you find small shops, the Grand Mall, the Lulu mall, the Oberon mall and the Metro station in walking distance. Coming from Bangalore as Europeans we found it very welcoming to experience cleanliness in the streets and not piles of garbage as in other cities. Congrats to the Kochi council who seem to manage to give a part of the tax money back to the people. Definitely recommend it and we will come back...

Good stay only place. Neat, clean, comfortable and peaceful with all amenities including basic cooking items.

Food for local will have few option by walk. However for outsider it will be a bit of problem. Moreover there is malls and KFC at 1Km from the property for an option.
