The place is very close to the highway, the food is very good in quality especially their Al Fazlouf Chicken mandhi , which is very unique and creamy compared to their competitors Mandi place is very well decorated in ARABIAN theme the places well crowded as well the hype it created during the launch still persist and the rush here during the lunchtime and the dinner time is very high as it is very difficult to get a seating space and the reservation counter as well so you have to go and give your name there in order to get a seating space and you have to give your name as well as how many people are there with you to dining and they will call out your name as the slot gets free and when you go with family it's advisable to call them and book a slot in order to get the space without any delay. Takeaway are much recommended due to the Rush here the restaurant has a underground parking which is very limited to 10 cars maximum and around 25 bikes. Also the advertise that they have a valet parking but never actually witnessed anything there, The service and behaviour from outside looks so good as they are all well mannered and the place is very well kept clean.

I visited Kubaba Kuzhimanthi Edapalli on a Sunday evening and ordered the Dynamite Mandi. The dish was incredibly flavorful, with a perfect balance of spices and a unique twist that made it stand out from other mandi dishes I've had. The rice was aromatic and well-cooked, while the chicken was tender and seasoned beautifully, capturing the essence of traditional mandi with an exciting twist. Kubaba's Dining space and Atmosphere is great than other shops. Also have a good parking but the food served by them is not so Good by its consistency.At the first time we got a delicious normal mandhi and when we refill Rice they provide another rice which has a different flavour than a Mandhi it feels like a tomato rice🫡.

After this yesterday we visited kubaba again (31/3/2024) And we ordered Al-fazlouf Mandhi which is a different mandhi tastes Good and also the rice served was sp good,But the twist happened is after refill the rice 😑 it feels the same tomato flavoured rice, also feels the difference between the rice on its colour the first served rice was in normal mandhi's colour and 2nd rice is in light red colour. At this time we got negetive image on this shop 😒 because we lost our hope in that refilled rice.

also the staff trying to push us out by giving our bill and whenever he goes nearby our table always looking on our face by his untold expression to get out from there is so irritating 😕.

We should recommend this shop only for one time Rice eaters in mandhi lover's only because they only provide good mandhi at the time of that first serving🥴. Unfortunately there is no Mandhi lovers who eats only for one time without ordering for second rice 🫡.
