Flagship Hotel Crystal — Hotel in Gujarat

In short this is the worst hotel I found. Please don't book it. Not good for family. No cleaniness. Your safety is at risk. Don't use OYO. I checked out within few hour bcoz of horrible experience. I'm sharing my experience here. I booked this hotel for 2 nights on oyo and made payment online. This place is not good for family, cleaniness is something the staff never heard off. The rooms are full with smoking smells. You will find gutka spitting marks in the room. Bathroom floor dirtier than public toilets & bathroom mirrors are so well maintained that you can't even see your face. Electrical connection are loosed and open any may get electric shock anytime. Nails were comming out of broken furniture and it's open invitation for physical damage. My jeans got stuck in one of the open nail and got damaged. The bed got broke as soon as I sat on it. Never book hotels from OYO. I booked some other hotel from OYO and they transfered me here don't know why. After checkin I realized hotel is not as per reviews or photos and complained oyo to change my property and they said they will call back, they didn't. after some time when I came back from outside and seat on bed and realized bed was broken and also got my jeans pant damaged becaue of open nail from broken furniture. It was horibble. I complained OYO imediately and asked to checkout me and give me atleast 50% refund for my next day. But they said they can't do this. I checked out from their and shifted to some other hotel. Because of OYO I had to loose my money. I Request OYO to Refund my amount because you assigned...

Pathetic Experience. Rooms shown on Agoda and OYO are fake. We people see the photos there and book the rooms but it turns out to be a dirty place.

Rooms are not even clean, no maintenance at all. Also the building is dirty.

Agoda website says breakfast is included and after reaching there you get to know they don't provide breakfast at all.

If that is what the hotel wants then why do you even list it on promoting websites. You may be making little money by doing so but losing in the long run, a simple business mistakes even the kids would understand.

I just cannot describe anymore because all the experience had been worst from maintenance of the room to hotel staff when talking on the phone for my booking confirmation, etc.

I was solo, so somehow I managed but it's not easy for couples and families. Also not recommending to solo travellers.

I had a terrible experience. Based on the reviews and images on the Agoda site, I booked what seemed to be a great hotel for two days. However, the actual experience was awful. The room shown on the site was fake, and the reality was the complete opposite. Anyone considering booking a room at this hotel should check the Google reviews to see the truth about the rooms. The behavior of the staff and hotel management was unacceptable. We trust online sites like Agoda and OYO, assuming they visit their listed hotels at least once a quarter. I urge all online booking sites to visit this property before promoting such low-quality hotels to customers. This is a form of cheating customers.
