A waiter name abhisek served us, he was the only person because of whom i had my food there except him their service was pathetic, manager acting as if he doesn't wants any guest in there.

They didn't turn on the music, proper lighting till the time we told them to do so, Food was fine, Hospitality was worst ambiance was below average.

Manager didn't allow us to seat outside in open even after rain stopped for 2 hours straight, he face was like sir, if you wanna stay- stay or leave.

We were the only six people there for 3 hours, just when we were leaving a group came and no one Else. It was my decision to go there on my friends birthday, so i was blamed that her birthday was...

They distributed discount coupons for validity of one year and when we tried to redeem it on our bill they refused, the coupon is still valid till 5 Jan 2020 but on5 September 2019 they refused us . They call themselves lounge, and they didn't have breezers in the stock ( only orange was available) they have mentioned 5-6 varieties of breezers and none was available . The service is very poor I won't Suggest you to visit. The waiter was not easily accessible in the lounge, they refused us to sit in outside open part of lounge, they said that it was reserved but we spent 8- 10 ; 2 hours we spent there and it was still vacant. Not worth going Poor service No customer...

This is a very amazing place. You can come with your friends and chill out here. Nice music with great ambiance. I really like the food as well. You should try the chilly paneer and manchurian, really mouth watering. Also for the beer and wine lovers, enjoy drinks on very attractive prices. They also give space for private parties as well as they are in outdoor caterings. I would rate this place as 10/10. For good food, good services and great ambiance.

I would like to add an interesting fact about the place, it's located in the heart of the city and you get the view of complete city. Also the Nagarghar Fort view adds to the amazing view...
