Hotel Aroma Classic — Hotel in Jaipur Municipal Corporation

Located on MI road but Poorly maintained. Not a star rated hotel. SBI has taken 1st floor as its Holiday Home for its employees. I found it as very discriminatory that even after the proper contract with SBI, the hotel is not maintaining the rooms as they are maintaining their other floors. It feels that they only mop floor otherwise they do not even touch a single thing to clean.

They gave me extremely third class room. Third class service they provide to Sbi people . They discriminate in every single thing. Room phone was not working. I had to go 2-3 times to reception even for water. I asked some hot water for my child. They took more than hour for that. Owner was extremely rude person. No hot water until morning. You cannot take shower even if you are Tired and came after long drive or walk. Careless reception, Overall extremely...

Firstly, worst SBI Holiday Home I have ever been in my entire life. If given an option to rate 0, I would have given the hotel a complete zero rating for the services provided. The receptionist/hotelier(Mr. Brijesh) is a dacoit who doesn't stick to his words and charge unreasonable amount from innocent tourists. The hotel staff denied payment via debit card which gives room of foul play among the staff members. The hotel staff is very rude and arrogant. The bed sheets and the towels sets are not cleaned regularly. We were not provided drinking water after several reminders and calls. The hotel staff is not providing services up to the mark of OYO hotels and bring a shame to the hotel chain. Therefore as a concerned customer, I request concerned authority of OYO hotel chain to look into the matter as goodwill of OYO...

Even though the rating of this hotel was 4.5 on Oyo app (convinced me), I found lot of issues during my stay. The first one was that I was not able to lock my room from inside and struggle with lot of power to somehow manage locking. Secondly the AC was in a bad shape - broken fins and loudy though cooling was fine. Third one was the breakfast. Only Poori subzi and Poha which was very oily and spicy therefore not a healthy breakfast. My kids couldn't eat anything so I requested to to provide a butter toast which they did.
