Capital O 16047 Igloo Residency — Hotel in Karnataka

This is a very good hotel if you are travelling with either your family or friends. I want to mention these two concerns

1. The hotel is situated in the basement with no lift facility and around 20 steps to climb down.
2. It doesn't have an in house restaurant but has tied up with third party restaurant which doesn't deliver beverages and the food is average in quality.

Apart from the above, the rooms (deluxe booked through oyo) were very huge (2x the normal size) with 2 double beds and bathrooms could accomodate a swimming pool if built inside.

It has everything you can think of from a good hotel including hot water, LED tv's, water bottles etc. For hot water you need to ask the reception and they'll just switch on the geyser for you anytime you want.

The breakfast was served in rooms directly. One uttapam, one poori, sabzi, 2 random fruits and tea. I think this is more than adequate for the price.

From hassle free check-in checkout experience to all the facilities, overall this is a place i will definitely stay if I ever come to...

We booked this hotel basis the reviews mentioned on various sites but to my surprise the hotel is not worth such good reviews. Very poor service compared to the price which they charge. The only good thing about the hotel is the location. No parking facility, no in house restaurant.They have given the menu of hotel Greenland in their rooms and ask the travellers to order food from this hotel on their own. However on their website they mention free breakfast which is quite contradictory coz they don't have their own kitchen. Rooms are compact and hygienic.Good for one night stay. We had a 3 day trip planned so this hotel wasn't very comfortable.The straight answer which they have for anything is sir we don't provide this. It was a great experience in this hotel. We booked a 7 rooms on our first time here, and stayed for 2 Days. which gave us such an amazing experience!

Great spacious rooms with comfy King sized bed. The Room is Clean & Quite. Nothing goes wrong Location is Good (Walking distance from Raja Seat)

Staffs are Extremely Friendly & Helpful and always ready to greet us whenever they see us, Everyone always Smiled and there was nothing that felt too much of a trouble for them. We couldn’t find anything to complain about because they always tried to help anyway they could (even with personal courier dispatch.) Special Thanks 💐
