Pros: Walkable distance to Raja's seat Easy to get auto's to visit other places

Cons: The rooms are located one level to two levels below the main road, there is no lift, so if you have a lot of luggage and are travelling with elder parents, please rethink before booking Only a few rooms have good ventilation, the room that I stayed in had zero ventilation, when I asked for a change of room, I was told that the other rooms are also like that The smell in the room was not comfortable, may because it was not well ventilated The TV in the room was for just name sake, only one or two Kannada free to air channels were playing. None of the other regional or hindi or english channels were paying as they did not subscribe to those channels. The hotel staff did nothing to address this issue. When they charged a huge amount per night, they could not afford to pay the cable TV charges The complimentary breakfast was good for nothing. They have only a few selected items in the menu for breakfast and it is served only after 9am. They dont have a kitchen but get the food from another restaurant (Veg and Non-Veg). When you are a tourist, you prefer to go out as soon as possible for sight seeing. I think they serve only after 9am so as to encourage the guests to have the breakfast outside Room cleaning happens only between 10am and 4pm. Since the guests will be outside during that time, no cleaning happens. When we were at the hotel one day, we asked for cleaning the room and changing of the bedsheets. They replaced the pillow covers with torn pillow covers We have to go and ask for switching on the hot water everyday Less than average Wi-Fi speed One towel was given for a group of 4 travellers Only Domino's delivers to this location, other restaurants were listed as not serviceable to this location

If you have to stay for multiple days, consider booking a home stay (entire home) if you have a vehicle to move around

OVERALL, THEY COULD NOT DELIVER VALUE TO THE AMOUNT...

Simply worst !!! First up, very arrogant behavior by Mr. Wasim (Owner), in spite of completing web check-in, I was insisted to fill a form for check-in, only in which case I would be allowed to check-in; otherwise I was asked to cancel the reservation. While travelling with family and upon paying 50% amount as initial payment, and completing all pre-requisites from my side, I never expected such rude attitude from hotel. Room was not ready in spite of giving heads up of my arrival and we were made to wait for almost an hour to get the room ready for check-in. Basic amenities like toiletries, kettle, tea/coffee sachets and room service weren't available/done. I had to request for each and everything, instead not fully met the basic expectations. Insufficient parking space, no lift in the hotel. Complimentary breakfast was not provided at all and no food outlets available in walkable distance from hotel. Upon raising these concerns with customer care, some Treebo hotels manager came to meet me, and offered me a complimentary home made chocolates box, which was not needed and I denied it too. All I requested is the basic amenities that the hotel is supposed to provide, but that was of no use. Things lied as they are the next day, so I had to again follow up on everything. We have to request every time to get the geyser switched on, the control is with the hotel staff. No intercom facility available, so if you need any help from hotel staff, you have to reach out to the reception to seek help. Finally, Treebo team offered me a 20% discount on the total booking amount, which was a decent gesture; however, I still ended up paying a total of Rs. 20000 (approx.) for my 3 nights stay, which was not worth at all for the hotel room booked.

I would not at all recommend a stay at this hotel, unless you do not get any other ones. Such a pathetic experience amongst all my travel stay experiences with Treebo...

Good location and service. Good panoramic view from rooms. Also, the boys really tried hard to manage to their best ability. Cons: I had booked through their customer care and had confirmed whether they supply electric kettle and tea kit in room (which can be seen in the photographs if you google this hotel). They confirmed it. Needless to say, it was not provided. We were provided hot water when asked and had to make our own arrangements thereafter. They do not know what complimentary breakfast means and, hence, should advertise accordingly. They have 3-4 items, out of which you get to choose one, which they procure from a nearby restaurant and give you for breakfast. You can't ask for 1 extra puri or 1 extra idli here. Nor one more cup of tea. This can't be expected from a professional hotel chain. For what it's worth, if this is indeed ur mode of operation, clearly mention it rather than say complimentary breakfast! Side note: the food was not up to the mark here. Bathrooms are not up to the mark. The water flow, actually 'flow' is a wrong word, it trickles down the taps. Special attention must be paid by the management here. No attached restaurant or eating area. Even for dinner, u have to order from a specific restaurant, pay them additional delivery charge, and eat in your own room only.

Frankly, I am disappointed. I must reiterate that the boys at the desk were polite and served to the best of their ability, including providing hot water at 6 am so that we could make tea. I truly appreciate their efforts. Also, their customer care ppl are polite and talk nicely. However, overall experience...
