Good place to stay nearby old Fort Cochin. Friendly host who exactly makes you feel at a second home. Good value for money. I think there are 3 rooms on second floor, one has a street view with no A/C and another with A/C, a bit more expensive but no street view. All with fans. I spent 2.5 weeks at Segundo homestay and really enjoyed my time here. It's good value for money, the room is very clean (the cleaner came every day) and it was nice to have a balcony too. The homestay is on a residential street close to a mosque and occasionally there was prayer during the early hours so I would recommend ear plugs. I just can recommend it. We stayed 7 days, they are really nice and acomodating people. The rooms and place are really clean. The kitchen allows you to boil water and store fresh stuff. They are prone to help in wathever you beed. Definitely coming back here...
