If you’re walking down Princess Street and looking for a cozy, aesthetic café to chill at Loafers Cafe is the one to bookmark. I absolutely loved my time here, especially grabbing the window seat which gives such a nice street view and natural light perfect for reading, people-watching, or snapping those laid-back travel photos.

Now coming to the food the Beef Pull Burger is an absolute must-try. Super tender, juicy, and served with a flavorful profile that hits all the right notes. It’s easily one of the best I’ve had in Kochi. On the flip side, I personally didn’t enjoy the Mint Tuna Wrap as much mainly because I’m not a fan of that strong fishy aftertaste, but that’s just my personal preference.

For drinks, I went for the Iced Coffee and Lychee Tea both were refreshing, well-balanced, and just what I needed on a hot day. Especially the lychee tea, it’s light, fragrant, and super underrated.

The ambience is what ties everything together. The interiors are thoughtfully done, minimal yet warm, and the vibe is very relaxed, making it a great spot to slow down if you’re exploring Fort Kochi.

Overall, Loafers Cafe isn’t just about food, it’s about the whole experience good taste, calming atmosphere, and that perfect balance of tourist-friendly and local charm. Definitely recommend stopping by if you’re in the area.

A small entrance that leads to a cafe cornered on the famous Princess St, Fort Kochi. The place is your usual cafe bustling with locals, tourists, and foreigners.

The prices are ok, not too cheap, not too expensive. And the quality of food is superb. Honestly we went to this place without any planning. The place we wanted to go for lunch was closed and after roaming the area for about 10 mins we ended up sitting here. And this place blew our mind with the food.

But there is a catch. Their service is too slow. It took almost 25-30 mins for them to deliver our first dish and that too when the cafe was not at full capacity. We got our drinks too in like 20 mins. So yeah some improvement needs to be done on that front. The staff is friendly but again they will give usual prompts when asked about the order.

But the food is great. Drink I don't think so. Their drinks are heavily mixed with syrups and the natural taste of fruits or mocktails is completely missing. The food on the other hand is delicious. They have hit all the right chords. We ordered pesto sauce penne pasta and peri peri french fries both of which were super amazing. No issues there.

Coming to the conclusion it is a bit tough to recommend this place. Although their food is great, drinks and service don't do it justice. So visitor...
